Through the contact form we collect: first name, surname and email address. Optionally, a message. Through the newsletter subscription form we collect only the email address.

Contact form data is used exclusively to respond to consultation or contact requests. Subscription form data is used exclusively to send you new blog articles by email. It is not used for any other purpose or for third-party advertising.

Processing of contact data is based on the legitimate interest of responding to a spontaneous enquiry (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) or, where it is a budget request, on pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Processing of newsletter subscription data is based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when you confirm the subscription (double opt-in) and which you may withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.

Contact form data is retained for the time strictly necessary to address the request and, in the case of a healthcare relationship, for the legally established period for clinical documentation. Newsletter subscription data is retained for as long as the subscription is active; it is deleted when the person unsubscribes.

Data is not shared with third parties, except where legally required. The contact form uses the Resend service for message delivery. The newsletter subscription and email delivery are handled with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), with servers in the European Union. Both providers act as data processors with appropriate data protection guarantees.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by contacting info@draestelamas.com, stating your name and specific request. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

This website does not use cookies of any kind, nor any storage mechanism in your browser. Language preference is reflected only in the page address (/, /es/, /en/), without collecting personal data.

To understand which content is useful, page views and clicks on certain elements, such as the share buttons, are measured in aggregate. These measurements collect no personal data: they store no cookie, no visitor identifier and no exact time of any action, and they cannot reveal whether two actions come from the same person or link them to you. They are carried out with Cloudflare Web Analytics and with our own counter, hosted in the European Union. As nothing is stored on your device and no personal data is processed, your prior consent is not required. The site is hosted on Cloudflare which, like any internet server, processes the connection's IP address for technical and security reasons, without this website having access to it or retaining it.
